Solid and good breakfasts, can't be beat.

I can't wait to come back, it's perfect for trip. The location is brilliant and awesome, the check in is speedy. You can relax at Alambique Beach Lounge, located nearby. Casual restaurant on the premises is great.

Wonderful breakfasts, absolutely amazing staff.

An awesome way to end my trip. Lovely property with a well-maintained pool. Brilliant location near to the beach with views of the beach. Also - close to the El San Juan for over 20 years, once or twice a year, and other areas in san juan.

The hotel is perfect with exceptional and incredible stuff and views of the city. At the outdoor bar they serve outstanding food and drinks.

The rooms were brand-new and huge with astonishing views of the actual beach. It had a comfortable bed and included a luxurious bathroom hair dryers, terry bathrobes, and shower caps. The hotel had an excellent location extremely close to a night club.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The hotel was clean, picturesque, had useful and well experienced staff from the restaurant to operator to bell desk. There were freshly renovated, good sized rooms with Queen Beds, fridges plus a fantastic view. The location was favourable and perfect there, in the area served by orly. Moreover, it was short walk to a casino, mini mart, fast food, local food and CVS.

Everything was beautiful, had a really really nice stay for our friends wedding. The good and gorgeous location was around 4-6 minutes walk from El San Juan Casino. The room was kept clean and available with great views and free weights, for example.

The room was reasonably spacious and updated with sodas and comfortable king size bed, for instance, could leave my car on site. Coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were nice. The location was marvellous and beautiful for exploring this really cool area, so close to Puerto Rico for a family vacation over the new year holiday, restaurants, and Condado and Isla Verde.

The building is nice and the rooms are spacious with a patio and great views, for instance.

Huge freshly renovated rooms, they are provided with a fantastic view, great amenities plus Queen Beds.

I truly enjoyed being there, the place is original and lively.

It was fairly clean with highly courteous and experienced staff from the restaurant to operator to bell desk. The venue was in a central location just next door to the most fantastic old San Juan restaurant, Carolina though very close to San Juan, and Condado. Also, I was not too far from a night club.

The room was good-sized and freshly renovated plus it had it's own balcony and an iron.

Convenient location near airport and 15-min Uber to Old San Juan. Good facilities, beautiful beach and pool. Multiple on-site restaurants and a bar. No issues with charges or card freezes.

Our stay was quite comfortable, loved wonderful breakfasts.

The location next to the beach was magnificent! We got room with comfortable decor and a clean bathroom to relax.

the room was spotless on your belongings and with smoke detectors for safety measures. the breakfast was enjoyable and solid, the check in was early.

The staff - some of them were really rude.

I recently stayed at Fairmont in San Juan for a relaxing vacation. The beautiful lobby and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach and pool areas were pristine. The poolside employees were attentive and the rooftop bar was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable and the on-site restaurants were wonderful. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
